Meredith offers a variety of services, which can be customized to meet your goals. Clients regularly come to Meredith with an intereest in weight loss, disease prevention, athletic nutrition and meal planning. These are good examples of topics that can be covered in a session with Meredith.
Individual Nutrition Plans
Several options to choose from based on individual needs:

6-Session Individual Nutrition Program: The Complete Program
Six week program that includes handouts, logs, and information you will need during the program and handouts at each meeting.
Performance Plan
This type of consultation is specific to training, racing, and recovery nutrition.
Two week e-mail follow up included
Continued and unlimited email follow up after consultation until race day (2 months required)
Follow up consultations after initial consultation:
Package of two 30-minute
3 month unlimited e-mail follow up
Group Programs
Group Programs offered quarterly to participate in an on-line nutrition group without individual consultations.
Example Group Program:
Weekly live group sessions.
Nutrition topics covered each week that will help you with your goals.
New recipes and meal prep ideas, sharing how simple it is to prepare beautiful and healthy meals (also discuss staples to have at home.)
Individual goal-setting and check-ins to make sure each person is on track.
Weekly prizes and incentives to share what you are ordering, prepping and keeping in your kitchen.
Payment Policies
24-hour cancellation is requested, or you will be invoiced for $75.
Payments can be split during the program as needed without penalty.
